In his defence he was brought in as a back up, but due to injuries has ended up having to play a lot more than intended. I just wish he tried to take his man on more often
Kamara is a decent player, he's not set the world alight but we're in a relegation battle and playing a in a way that probably doesn't get the best out of him. I think he would benefit massively from having a pacy winger on the other side. Overall I think he is judged a bit harshly.
A rare Saturday night off work, suns out & it’s still warm, not drinking & we won, seems a shame not to celebrate with a beer
We also looked the better team (they were awful though) for the first half an hour but, as usual, we just seemed to get the final ball wrong.
He’s definitely not stealing a living, overall he’s been decent for us, he just has a style people don’t seem to like (though I accept he was absolutely garbage today).
The more you see it the more apparent it is that Pandur accounts for 2 of our 3 points today. Brilliant save.
Selles' ppg with us is 1.38. Over 40 games that would have been 55 points, which would put us in 9th place. Crazy thought I know, but that makes it seem like a good decision. Probably wrong though, as we all know it wasn't Walter's fault, it was the players. Not that it matters, but Walter's ppg over 40 games equates to 35 points and solidly bottom of the table. Selles is overrated though, obvs.
