Take that. Hume and Mepo have been great. Think Neil has been poor again. Need loads more from Wilson. Needs to get his arse back onside. Mayenda looks a massive threat already. Gutted about Mundle.
Need more control in the 2nd half. Way too easy for them to get to the byline. Definitely more goals in this for us though. Get Mayenda the ball as much as possible.
Fortunate to lead but I’ll take it. Humes form has been tremendous. Jobe did some good stuff defensively and one good drive forward. Sigh about mundle. One of those that could be a fortnight or a season ender, we were left too vulnerable in January. No matter where he plays I always think mayenda looks our biggest threat. Not sure why he doesn’t start more.
Last thing before the 2nd half, corners have been shocking. Had 6 of them and the biggest threat was WBA not defending properly.
They’re the home side and haven’t really bothered us … … it was a deserved free kick and we scored. We’re winning corners and free kicks. Not sure how much luck was involved.
Fortunate wasn’t directed towards the goal itself, just on the balance of play, don’t think we’ve edged it or deserve to be ahead but they haven’t done too much as you say. They’ll be disappointed when you think what they have to play for.
Good to see Isidor dropping a bit deeper and getting on the ball more towards the end, more of that please. Doesn't get on the ball often enough but when he does he's dangerous.
