They can't check for a yellow, but can apparently give one if they're checking for something else. I don't know the rules anymore, though. They seem to be doing whatever the **** they feel like. Pawson's absolutely ****ing useless and Gillett's even worse, if that's possible.
This, this and this again. I genuinely cannot remember the last time seeing such inept coaching, tactics and management.
Played 30, 16 defeats. Let that sink in. We have lost to Ipswich and Leicester at home, wouldn’t be at all surprising if Southampton make it 17 losses on Sunday
Virtually all of the players weren't here for most of it, to be fair. I think we had about 3 players in the match squad that weren't called up.
The good The bad The start, the first half, the start of the second half The end of the second half The ref The starting 11 The finishing 11 Var taking so long Having only 2 attempts on target in over 105 mins of football The Ugly Ange with the away fans Our passing Alan Smith
I’m not buying that. The coaching team and manager still had time to work on stuff. I didn’t see anything at all.
How can anyone defend Ange? It blows my mind that people still defend him. I genuinely can’t think of a worse manger in all my years of watching Spurs and that is saying a lot. I genuinely believe we have the making of a decent team here, which makes it all the worse that he can’t seem to get anything out of these players.
I share the exact same sentiment. It’s why I’ve not gone in on all the players that are underperforming. No one’s convincing me Son, Maddison, Bentancur, Porro, Romero and so many others are now suddenly ****.
Missed the second half but surely this cupping of the ears I’ve been reading about is the end of Ange. It’s clear he’s now lost the fans and wants to antagonise the remaining few that were still behind him. I’ve been adamant he’ll see out the season but after this, surely his position is untenable.
"We felt comfortable. We knew how they play and we knew how to hurt them." Levi Colwill summarises the problem very succinctly.
