I know Arsenal could still theoretically score 24 more points- but I think one more win will be enough to win the title. 1 win and 3 draws from our final 8 games and we will limp over the finish line to win the title.
4 wins and 1 draw. But really 4 wins as +13gd over 8 games means it's very likely that level points at the end means we are not too bad. Basically wins only haf the remaining games including the woeful leicester and West ham. Forget about it.
Well arsenal have to go all out in the week. Everton away (one way traffic) Real madrid home Brentford home Real madrid away Ipswich away It's such an easy run Rory should be winning those league games. We have Fulham away (we will get hammered if we play like this on the weekend tbh) West ham home (thry are woeful) Leicester away a week later. I'd take 7 from those 9 points right now. I'd take it any day.
Sorry is Moyes ok? the goal was clearly offside despite every rule it being a tick for not offside as he’s standing still and doesn’t impact play or defender at all but then goes and says tarkowski was a brilliant tackle!!! Ffs.. should be fined and banned for that comment alone. There’s a reason those tackles exists and it’s partly because refs aren’t punishing them but even worse is managers are endorsing that tackle!!!
Tbh, I was expecting it goal to be ruled out for offside. Not because I thought it should be but because Diaz was initially offside (but didn't move) and it gave the officials a great opportunity to rule out it. #everyopportunity
No mention of the poor decisions Not allowing play to carry on when Pickford fouled Nunez No mention of calling for foul when Pickford was in our box and we were breaking out ****ing joke Still raging
It needs a manager to come out and call things out. They don’t need to call out the referees but call out that something needs to be done. There are 2 reasons red cards are introduced for bad tackles. 1 is to punish the team for making them there and then, but more importantly red cards are meant to be a deterrent for players to not commit fouls that can cause serious injuries. It’s all well and good not getting a red and getting away with it there and then, but what it does it means tarkowski goes well I didn’t get sent off so I can prob do similar again next time and you end up breaking someone’s leg. Not helped by manager saying yeah great tackle lad! what should happen is it’s a red card so next time he’s going to make similar tackle in his mind he goes oh wait, do this I’m getting a red I’ll pull out slightly and then you don’t run that risk of breaking someone’s leg.
If we win the league I wonder if any coach will ever win it with less of a spend ever again Only Chiesa Wow
Can anyone explain the Pickford situation. Like when he crocked VVD he takes a wild swing at Nunez, misses the ball and makes forceful contact with the player. It is wild, dangerous and out of control. It fulfills all the criteria for a red card and he gets nothing. How can that be. If it happens after the whistle, it is still dangerous and serious foul play and a red card
Tierney absolutely abdicated duties on VAR. Blatant corruption is overt, and it is for all to see. And as for the booking of Nunez - Serious Foul Play AGAIN by Prickford. This ref was an utter nine-bob-note, but the sleaze-ridden, anti-Liverpool PGMOL will circle the wagons. We'll win this league somehow against all odds.
I watched it over and over again, Dias played a clever game there. Realised that he was offside, before the ball got to Jota he made himself onside. In anyway he was not interferring with play. Because of this, the goal cannot be ruled out.
