I reckon his sentence was for the hair do. I'd like him to walk around Brixton with that. Hed Last 3mins
Gives me a good idea. Team up with someone. One person snatches the bag and the other pretends to be chasing them down. Once round the corner, both have a good laugh and the snatcher hands to the bag to the chaser- who returns the bag and waits to see if they get a rewards from the owner for rescuing their bag. If caught by the police, the hero says "no, that's the wrong guy, he wasn't the snatcher". What do you think? Sucky, Fosse, I think you should team up on this. This is what the crime thread is for right, suggesting crimes.
It's a bit 'I'm not racist coz my mate is black' not Sucky, but the bloked he's tweeted. Whose other 99.999% of posts are just paranoid racist nonsene
The guy that tried to kill the soldier in Brompton (Gillingham) Kent, his trial has been delayed. Quote from KentOnline: Maidstone Crown Court heard on Tuesday that legal proceedings have been delayed as Esan is presently suffering from ill mental health. A hearing to discuss his fitness to plead and a potential trial date has been delayed until May 6 at the same court.
We need to go back to having the old Victorian mental assylums That way if anyone decides to go down the mental health rout as a defence they may find it's not a cushy number or easy way out of getting punished for a crime.
It's a bit of a hard one for me, because I normally try and use empathy as a measuring tool, but MH I normally associate with someone harming themself. So my train of thought process I feel must be different to someone who wants to harm others - yet having said that, my next thought process is the likelihood if you did harm someone, that it would more than likely be someone you knew ie family member (not some random soldier). Hence why Crimewatch always use to say at the end of the show 'don't have nightmares.' So if this guy has travelled to a particular destination, to carry out an attack at a specific location, then that is premeditated surely, so where does the mental health come into that process. He may well have been or be mentally ill, but did he know right from wrong, well like the family member scenario I mentioned, I'd say yes. If you had the capacity to ride a bike, the capacity to know to take a weapon, the capacity to identify a soldier, the capacity to carry out the attack, and the capacity to go back home again, and not have the capacity to top yourself...It makes me think hmmm. In short, he may well be mentally ill, but just ****ing get on with it, then decide if he goes to prison or Broadmoor.
Having been on a murder trial, I can categorically say, they can't identify mental health correctly anyway, just by what happened at the trial I was on, and events that happened over the subsequent years following.
Wow. Woke fuking bullshit. This is what happens when you PISKIE everything. Awww that poor psycho needs help. Take his fuking head off and stick it on a ulez camera instead of wasting another second pandering to his fuking mental health. We already pay to house that fuking scum who decapitated Lee rigby. Soft ****s have taken over
Another for the trip of a lifetime to El Salvador ... your synopsis is, IMHO, on the money ... real mental illness is chaotic and unpredictable ... premeditation to such an extent is more just plain evil ...
I should be asking you that mate. You must be harbouring lots of guilt considering it's all your fault
