Seeing a lot of Jobe shouts here I don't quite get.

I'm not saying he's been bad and first 10 games of the season he was immense but I've not really seen him influence a game for a long time now. Neil has been the one recently to grab games by the neck admittedly though he's been poor the last 3 or 4.

Onien also been pretty consistent. The odd clanger which he inevitably gets hung out to dry a hell of a lot more than others for but he's been solidly 7/10 pretty much every game for me.

Tough choice but as things stand at the moment I’ve gone for Isidor and Mayenda

Isidor for his enthusiasm and some worldly goals….Hull, Middlesbrough Sheff Utd, Coventry. ( by the end of May I’ve a feeling Enzo may replace him though )

Mayenda for the improvement he has shown and is still showing. Overcame the double blips of Blackburn and Stoke away.

Isn't that true of your choices, Neil and Jobe ...

... no one has played more games than Hume and he's never hidden despite some of the quality players he's had up against him.

Absolutely, that’s why there’s been no clear choices. There usually is with these types of votes

My choice was crystal clear, so were other people's ...

... yet you can't make a choice despite the thread being specifically about making a choice.

Even when you mention two players you have to criticise them both.

Ha'way man, it's not legally binding with financial penalties ... just a bit of harmless fun <laugh>

I should’ve worded it better. There’s no standout winner which is obvious to 99% of people - see Clarke last season

So you believe only 1% of people are capable of making a choice ...

... well, perhaps that shows the balance in the team in quite good eh?

A better balance than last year, certainly. Not just relying on brilliance from Clarke

To be honest I was at work when I saw the thread so didn't realise it was linked to an official poll.

I didn't realise there were two categories otherwise I'd have put more thought into it ...

... the conundrum is that some of our youngest players are so talented.

Is Rigg better than Roberts, Poveda, Browne, etc when he's only 17 years old?

This whole club is so difficult to get to grips with isn't it ... what a difference KLD has made, perhaps he's 'player of the year'.

Completely agree. He has been our most consistent player by a country mile and has a good return on goal contributions to back up hìs defensive qualities.

Yes mate, Rigg is better than Browne, Poveda, and Roberts.

Here is a barmy stat. Rigg, 17 has made 58 senior appearances. Poveda, 25, 87. Rigg is one of those talents that comes along rarely, that at 17 he is hugely important to a senior side like ours.
