Hume, played to his max in every match and loves the place ... ... I'd give him a four year contract, he'll earn every penny.
Neil, by a distance for mens player. Rigg, just ahead of Mayenda. By the end of the season it maybe Mayenda. I didnt consider Jobe for young player. They need to be in the first full season imo.
If Neil was a bit more consistent I would agree. But he was poor for a good bit at the start and has been way off during last 4 or 5. Very very good middle of the season like.
Not sure anyone, at the sort of level he has shown, has beem consistent. Mepham maybe, but he has had his blips. Jobe has had his off gamea too. For me, the form Neil showed was on a different level to any of out other players at any time. My major gripe with this is the stage of the season. A lot of games left to play yet. Somebody like Mayenda or Isidor may go on a great run and would deserve the award. Right now though I reckon Neil has been our standout player.
Its a hard pick, I've went for Isidor and Mayenda. I have a good feeling come the end of the season they'll be the obvious choices with hindsight.
Hume for me all day consistently been one of the best players on the pitch every game. Everyone else has had peaks and troughs in my opinion
Quite surprised at the Hume shouts mind, think he’s struggled on a few occasions. Love the lad though, his commitment is second to none.
Mayenda for young player of the year. For the senior player of the year, it's difficult as a few have been excellent for different periods of time. It's between Jobe, Isidor and Neil and I'm going to go for Isidor as some of the goals have been out of this world. The one against Sheff U was absolutely top notch in the way he did the defender and tucked away a lovely finish.
