  1. Yes, they both ****ing frustrate mate.

And by don't like them, I don't mean hate them, I just mean I hate getting excited about them doing well because they end up getting injured after a certain amount games.

Should look at my twitter occasionally as I follow Lee Ryder <doh>

Lot of injuries, hopefully still got enough quality to beat Norwich though.

  3. Fate just doesn't want us to do well -

Colo, Saylor, Tiote, all out. Arguably our best players.

Only plus side to our injuries is it exposes how threadbare our squad is. Hopefully it might make us sign a few more in January, probably not but have to think positive lol. Alan Smith to probably start in CM then....put bets on for a red card.

Would imagine Gosling would come in as a straight replacement. Not too much to worry about IMO, Gosling will be itching for a game to prove what he can do.

The midfield will more than likely be....

    Jonas - Cabaye - Gosling - Obertan

    Almost full strength really.

What about Ben Arfa is centre mid. Cabaye generally plays quite deep. The problem I think we have had is that when Cabaye is on the ball, there isnt as much of a froward pass as we used to have, with Ben Afra there, it would generate the pass and get him on the ball more.

Maybe I'm talking rubbish, but it's always an option.

P.s. How many injuries do we have to KEY players now, its becoming a bit of a joke.

  16. HBA would get raped in that position. I know he makes awesome runs that no other member of our team can make and they make chances for us and his moments of magic can win us games, but he does lose the ball a lot, understandably, because that's just the player her is. All dribbling players, apart from Messi of course, fail most of their dribbles, and lose the ball.

When Ben Arfa loses the ball, I'd prefer he was up the pitch, not near our half so he can put pressure on us.

I think our midfield would be more of a diamond shape, therefore when he lost the ball it would be quite far up the pitch.

  20. Actually Raylor CM could work. He's got decent defensive ability, and he's a great passer and deliverer of the ball as well. He lacks pace, but in a central position you can be forgiven.
