I think a more succinct way of putting it is, I'm right and you're wrong.

    Fair enough!

You are clearly offended by my antics (or should I say differing opinion), so without being facetious, I apologize!

But I would encourage you to not take the banter too seriously. This is after all inconsequential in the grand scheme of things regardless of who is right or wrong.

Watching this first half, even with Bruno scoring… 11 professionals that do not know their left from right. The communication is pss poor. As a result, there is distinct lack of organization. It often feels like we are watching a non league side playing in the FA cup.

4 of the outfield players on the field today only came this summer. That’s almost half of the team. It never really matters where they’ve come from, their international pedigree, we will continue to suggest the players are the problem.

I guess we could look at this differently and stop blaming the wrong managers and the players, and simply conclude that it is the method that stinks. But who is actually responsible for the methods?

You posted that three minutes ago.

So pretty much ten minutes after we went one nil up.

    International 'pedigree'. ****ing lol.

Have a look how many are actually in each of their International teams 1st eleven. I'd say Bruno and Dalot, Mazaroui probably. I don't think even de Ligt is anymore.

Most will be squad players, as are the huge majority of all premier league players.

This will be a long haul fella, you need to deal with it.

Because the players are not getting better, Chief. It is not a right to make and remain an international player. There has to be evidence of continuous improvement. If they are no longer getting better, they lose their place.

So to address your point, the reason why most of them are no longer making the international team is largely because they have all regressed at the club level under the watchful eye of the manager(s).

They aren't going to get better.

Lindelof, Casemiro, Eriksen and even Bruno are the wrong side of 30. Are we seriously suggesting he improves those players?

Dalot has been with us, what, nearly eight years? He is what he is, no manager is a magician, he'll never improve.

    The keeper is ****e.

Which leaves the likes of Yoro, de Ligt, Zirkzee, Garnacho, Mazaroui who will be able to continue developing.

    Half a team.

    ^^^^^^^

Three top class saves from their keeper, yet you'd think we weren't in the game if you listen to this prick.

I thought we were decent, especially 2nd half.

11 players have been called up for international duty. As I’ve said many times, there is more than enough talent in this team to make it work.

And as we have evidently seen in the last few games, when they click together, it works! We can’t keep falling back on thinking somehow we need to get new players to fix the issues.

Speaking for all non United fans, we agree. Definitely keep this current crop of players!

On a serious note, you're joking right?
I'd probably keep 4 players from your current squad, the rest should be ejected into space.

I’ve no idea what he is talking about..

    Casemiro
    Eriksen
    Evans
    Lindelof
    Shaw

    all need to retire.

onana, not good enough. Rashford, sancho and antony can all stay away.

In my humble opinion, the players you have that I would keep are:

    Garnacho
    Fernandes
    Mainoo
    Zirkzhee

Everyone else either has yet to prove themselves, (but may) or is past it.

All the players Sweats listed deffo need to go.
    Onana is just ****
Hojlund I dont think will cut it at this level
Mount is a shadow of the half decent player he was at Chelsea and should also go
    Maguire is past it
    De Ligt is past it
I think Ugarte needs to be given more time to prove himself, but that aside, really 80% of your squad is trash.
And this isnt banter, this is from a fan of a club who have been, and are in, a very similar position to yourselves, albeit we seem to have the cracks papered over our squad due to a very good end of last season and a good start to this season, until Poch's influence wore off and Maresca was able to stamp his "identity" on to the team.
The difference between us and United is that I think we have a better squad (keeper aside) and our failings are more to do with the manager, where as with United, its more the players who are the issue rather than the manager.

I think De Ligt and Maguire are fine. We have two young centre halves. We will need their experience. The new LB looks decent as does mazzouri. Ugarte the jury is still out. But a decent squad player. I’d like Hojlund given another season. He shows promise. But we need to buy a proven centre forward. We don’t need anymore defenders unless we sell Dalot and buy another.

I have a feeling we will get Gomes on a free in the summer. Him and Mainoo / ugarte would be a decent pairing. Mount I’d like to see get some injury free game time as he does fit in the system.

You wont get any argument from me on that front.
Your keeper is ****, ours....well to call Sanchez a keeper is an insult to all keepers everywhere, and not just goalkeepers, but Bee keepers, gate keepers, even that girl who is so cute, she is a keeper.
Sanchez is the worst keeper in the PL, not kidding, i'd even take Ipswich's keeper over him. And he is apparently the best of the eight we have.

BUT, that doesnt change the fact that Onana is ****e. And you dumped one of the best keepers in Europe, whom you already had under contract, to pay £50m for a replacement who isnt fit to lace his boots.
If I didnt know better, i'd say that was Chelsea type transfer activity.

De Ligt is 25 ffs, he's a million miles from past it. He's at his peak.

    Players of the current 'senior' squad who stay are;

de Ligt, Mazaroui, Fernandes, Mainoo, Hojlund, Zirkzee, Yoro, Martinez, Dorgu, Garnacho, Amad Diallo, Dalot (just), Maguire (just) Garnacho, Ugarte, Collyer.

Then Mount stays as there is likely to be no buyers, and if fit he could he good. There are a good few up and comers but notably Heaven and Chido are ready for the senior squad.

We need a right wing back, a new keeper, another striker (would prefer a finished article, but the Delap rumours sound promising) and a long term centre mid replacement/addition for Casemiro.

Lindelof, Eriksen and Evans have essentially already left, Rashford and Sancho need to never come back.
I'd have Antony back, personally, but no mither if he leaves.
Casemiro has another season as a squad player in him by my reckoning. But not as a nailed on 1st eleven, at all.

If we never replaced Dave with Onana, we be easy top 6 or 8 as that's how many goals he has cost us. Replacing Ronaldo with Weghorst and then Hoilund/Zirkzee isn't much better to.

Apologies, thought he was older than that.
Then he just isnt suited to either the PL, or Man United.

    Mount is a weird one.
He was being compared with Foden when he came onto the scene, but where as Foden developed and became the player he became, Mount never got out of second gear.
We were all hoping he would become the next Lampard/Scholes type player, but he just seemed to stagnate. Thats why most Chelsea fans were indifferent to him leaving, and the ones who wanted him to stay mostly wanted him to stay because he was an Academy graduate and a Chelsea fan, so sentimental reasons rather than footballing reasons. Probably similar to who a lot of United fans felt about Rashford.

He has been so injured and out of the picture that I sometimes even forget that Mount plays for United!
