I'm a believer in that certain managers or coaches suit certain teams/types of team at certain specific times or situations. When all three align at the right time, things work and go well. When they don't, managers struggle and can fail. Moyes is probably a good example of it. I don't think it applies to every manager, I think that there are managers who can adapt and change to how situations happen. But I do think that there are those where it only works in very specific circumstances and outside those the struggle.

In Ainsworths case I think he suited Wycombe, a small club with limited resources, where fan expectations were not especially high. It gave him time to put together "his" team, develop an "us against the world, all in it together" attitude with the players and gave him just enough success for the fans to back him and give him time. But once he's away from that his limitations are shown and he fails.

Can’t see RvN being at Leicester much longer

    Their next 4 games…

    Man City (a)
    Newcastle (h)
    Brighton (a)
    Liverpool (h)

He's a very unpleasant man who'll never manage in the PL again.

Probably right about being done in the PL

Strange appointment from Leicester. Same could be said about Southampton when Jurić got the job

I have a feeling that as we come to the end of the season a few more could go. Some teams will want a fresh start for next season.

    like saints will theirs shortly,
    RVN will be gone

Why bother trying to win things when you’re raking in millions …

… Kane left because he knows they’re just a business.

Yep. He might have an affordable release clause too. Poch has one but it's sky high, so it won't be him.

I mean probably but never known someone to go down so easily after having their nose 'pinched'. Football is slowly dying.
