Been in town today ,noticed lots of white stencilled birds on the footpaths everywhere anyone know what they re about please?.
Thanks ,saw them again today I was planning on searching online about them but you have saved me a job.
Doncaster based property developer DBG Group have just bought the Debenhams building, no new on what they're doing with it, but based on their other developments I'd assume it will be residential. They did The Bank development on the corner of Bond Street/George Street... https://www.magnateassets.com/en/properties/the-bank
Unfortunately most of these developments just pack in as many units as possible to make the most profit. From the bank development this is what they are claiming is a living room... I think there needs to be more housing suitable for families in the city centre to really bring in some life.
That's a tiny flat though, others in the development are quite nice... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
That's dressed nice and is livable. Might actually be an AI image. But for me that's the minimum for a self contained flat. The other one just exists to benefit the developer and landlord. Not the sort of housing we need. And for £173k in Hull?
Gnats pubic hair thin walls are better than an empty building. Don't like it don't buy/rent there. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
