The players were much hungrier to win possession. A lot of through balls. Much more effective than sideways-ball. Didn't give Albania any respect. Was always the problem under Southgate imo. Too fearful of average teams. Bellingham pulled the strings. Burn and Konsa were very solid. Lewis-Skelly looks fantastic. Weak link was Foden. Created nothing once again. Totally out of his depth.
Scotland must have watched too many Saints clips. They are awful. Greeks have had 5 shots on target = 3 goals.
It's certainly an easier path now than having to play off against mexico/peru/costa rica. That play off was a WC final for us every time. At least this way we are qualifying against our own confederation even if they are pretty freaking awful at football. WC number 3 for NZ.
