1. Morris 2. Masterson 3. Morgan One of the most dull games I've seen from us this season, and that's really saying something.
1. Morris 2. Clark 3. McKenzie The result was 'fair.'... it would have been a lot different but for two double saves by Morris- who has to be Player-of-the-season.... Gills worked quite hard - but - didn't really create much. Nevitt should have scored, and Gbode had a reasonable chance with a header.... The lack of goals must be sorted next season .........you can't win games if you don't score !
1, Glen Morris 3 outstanding saves in the first half so consistently good 2, Max Clark really has stepped up his game. 3, Armani Little all over the pitch again. Thought Wakeling looked lively when he came on would like to see him given a start.
1. Morris - I agree with the earlier comments ref player of the season. I know players sometimes need good fortune, but I thought his stops were outstanding today. Certainly ought to be playing for us again next season, nailed on starter for me, proving age is no barrier if health is kind to you. Oldest player in the EFL. 2. Max Clark - sometimes I can't believe I'm watching the same player, helped Glen keep his clean sheet. 3. Morgan - I struggled to decide for this one, I like his energy. If only we could turn one of our squad players into a goalscorer, someone who has the Lewis-Skelly confidence in front of goal.
Morris - Outstanding (again) Clark - Has been very good since regaining his place Morgan - The one player who looked like he might make something happen in the final third. Was disappointed when he was taken off, he would have taken the chance that Nevitt was given at the end. Wakeling did well and maybe could have on sooner, and after my recent criticism I should say that Little had a better game today.
