The burgers, chips, haloumi and mushrooms were excellent, but the onion rings were one battered side too many. Typical 18 year old. They offered him a box to take back but he was off out on the piss so they ended up being left. Can't stand food waste, it's the northern pauper in me.

Morning. A good weekend so far, played the winter knock out semi final yesterday and won, so the final coming up in a couple of weeks. Up at six this morning, dog walked by half eight, bacon and eggs for breakfast, two decent coffees. Junior football half eleven then first medal of the season at half one. Beers after, home for tea and my eldest home from Uni. **** all on tomorrow, might start in the garden if the weather OK.
The market here has quite a Continental flavour, so I’m hoping to inflate my figures by the end of the day
