It was 80 plus years ago but as Sunderland fans keep crowing about the trophies from those days then it’s very relevant.
I didn’t claim all Sunderland fans would love something similar to happen. 100% rarely if ever happens when it comes to humans. It would certainly apply to the vast majority as has happened here and everywhere else a similar takeover has happened. I just pointed out how many are lying about that.

Here's a nice little stat I read today

Since 2021 Newcastle have spent £410m.

In that same time period, Southampton have spent £300m.
