Ive decided to make that a little series. Purely because it actually mentally helped me and somewhere down the line it might help someone else.

I'll do a little update after each stage of therapy or any big event/trigger.

Maybe im being too vulnerable. But like i said in the video im honestly past the point of caring. PTSD is ****ing exhausting so anything that helps is a bonus.

    Real men get vulnerable.

One of the important things I have been learning from life, our own personal medicine is being able to help others in a similar situation, sharing. I often asked myself what is it all about, then I learned that when I listened to others it not only helped them, it made me feel better in myself - I didn't even have to say anything at times, I just listened.

I'll be honest and say, I don't really like the mental health slogan 'it's good to talk' - because it's not always good to talk, sometimes you can get an adverse reaction, one someone wasn't expecting, as your taxi driver found out lol, it made me smile when I watched that - Everything at it's right moment, and I much prefer your slogan, 'Real men get vulnerable.'

I like what you are doing and I admire it more than I can even express, it's so much better than any slogan, because people can choose to watch or not, and if they do watch and take something away from it, they are educated. It's a term I often use for myself, every action I do in life now is to educate me, every emotion I shed is part of that education.

Every persons pain in life can lessen it for another, we are all on a journey, to where, I don't know yet, and I don't really care, if you, I, anyone can make life better for another in some way.

Wow, what a post. A like doesnt do it justice.

Trouble is im in Swanage honeless hunting (****ing freezing) and itll be dark soon.

Im happy you like the video.

From the beginning of your post... 'we only keep what we have by giving it away"

Unbeliveably true and only self rightous or greedy people wont understand. Those people will unfortunately die chasing the green notes.

P.s the taxi driver didnt get a penny.

Hopefully youll like tonights video... I literally got a bus to Chezia, hunted a homeless person, fed them, then went back to Poland.

Aling the way i met stoned cats and got shouted at by a local woman.

    Good stuff <laugh>

Video after this one is nuts... slept on the streets with homeless Sisters that were both in their 90's

Mate, I'm posting this, not because I want a pat on the back but just to let you know your video's have made an impression on me. I've from time to time given the odd sarnie, hot drink to a homeless person but probably not enough, recently when I've been into town or like last weekend in York, I made concerted efforts to go get some things to give out, that's down to you mate, keep up the good work. it wasn't a lot in comparison but it's the little differences we can all make together, that can make a big difference.

I was proud of my lad just after Christmas, he went into town with his Christmas money to get a pair of trainers he'd wanted for an age, when he got there he found a shop selling them for £15 cheaper than he saw them online, so with the money he saved, he went and spent it on a couple who sit outside the train station, I told him it was really kind of him, his reply, it's 15 quid i wasn't expecting and I was coming home to a warm house and as much food as I can eat, they looked ****ing freezing. What he found strange because of the cold, when he asked them what they would like, they asked for flavoured milk notba hot drink, only thing I could think of, was they needed the calories

Whilst I've already provided a 'fun' response to Sky - no - just ask them how they are doing - thing that resonates quite a lot is that they rarely give it the 'poor me' in my experience, just a factual response ...

Believe me asking that is invaluable. It sounds siłly but that's often a question they havent heard for many years. Often its the little things people take for granted that help the most.

I take it, it's the Wainwright coast to coast you're taking on, Cumbria to N Yorks.
Not done it as a whole but have done bits of it, it can be a bit tough in places, especially with no training. Any help you need with preparation or equipment required etc, just send me a pm.
The 2 biggest things you'll need to get right is walking boots/shoes and some decent socks, 3 pairs I'd recommend and rotate over every 3 days.
