As a Sunderland supporter the last thing I would be doing if we had won a trophy would be go onto a Newcastle board, I'd still be pissed somewhere. what a bunch of sad b4st4rds they are.
Said this a few times but when they begged and pettitioned to be taken over by the Saudis that is when the Derby died for me. They mean absolutely nothing to me.
It's like winning the lottery and instead of celebrating with champagne and plans for your ferrari, holidays and mansion, you go to peole without jobs or low wages and remind them that they don't have money like you do
That meme going around of the ghost of Bobby Robson saying something like 'that'll do me bonny lad' I'd like to think that Bobby, being a traditional old school gent of a town supporter, would think that his club being funded by a group of people who hate almost everything about our society and culture, would be most displeased at the plight of his club. It wouldnt 'do him' at all.
Moderator please log in to view this image Doesn't that all boil down to, ‘Won one domestic cup in 70 years, 50% success rate at Wembley and nothing in Europe since the 60’s’ BTW, just guessing here but, didn’t Robson and Pardew finish higher and go further in Europe … … no idea but I seem to remember the same sad Mags coming on here at the same time.
They must be 'over the moon' about winning a secondary cup, like we were when we did so a few years ago (many thanks, Goochy), not realising that we won the most important one . . . . known simply as The Cup not needing to refer to it as a 'Mickey Mouse Cup' or the League Cup, just The Cup
Why would anybody post that fotie immediately after a post that had just mentioned it '****wit' really is the right word
Dear God. Is it that they are just desperate to stay relevant in our eyes? Are they foaming about how little we care about them now?
Nobody cares mate. I know your narrative will be "I went to the 5under1and board and got them all wound up" but we really don't give a ****. You won and you deserved to win. Well done. We don't care. No-one here is crying or "dying inside" because you won a cup. I'm sorry, but we're just not that in to you.... Enjoy the success, and enjoy the cup parade...once the players get back from celebrating with the Saudi Government.
There used to be 2 days a season where Newcastle were in my thoughts. Since they became Saudi Arabia FC, they stopped being the same entity and even when we eventually play them next, it will just be another game for me. The local stuff has gone sadly.
