Who says we did? Rohl may have wanted to see the season out at Wednesday. I suspect it was mutually agreed we'd wait until the summer to make our move.
We’d probably be looking to sack him now if we had appointed him in December so saved ourselves a bit of cash that way as well
Mad eh? Especially since no one in the history of football has ever invested as much as Dragan (apparently) Almost like we have next to **** all money
I think the comments from Juric this weekend were maybe too honest. Cannot see the point of retaining him and this the prep for heat season should start now.
That is just for him, all his assistants would have needed compo but are out of contact at the end of the season.
Exactly. There are several very good reasons on both sides why it makes sense for the move to happen in the summer rather than back in December.
Croatians at Saints: Juric Orsic Caleta-Car Lovren That's a likeable bunch. Is there a worse nationality for Saints?
I think we might have to prep ourselves that he's going to be around next season. The media pieces from the club aren't looking great
I just don't see it. The crowd has started to turn on Juric now, and we still have another 9 games left of that. We are going to lose most of, if not all of those remaining games as well. There's a very high change we'll then break Derbys record as the new worst ever PL team. You don't keep a manager after that even if they came in to an almost impossible situation. Yes relegation was already sealed by the time Juric came in, but we should have been able to pick up enough points whereby Derbys record wasn't even a concern. They'll struggle to keep him for the rest of this season with how toxic it will get from this point, let alone go into a new season where we need another fresh start, but with the same manager who has just masterminded us into the unwanted record books. SR have made countless bad decisions at this point, but I don't think even they are that dumb. It would just incite the crowd to officially turn on them!
Yeah, there's no way he stays next season. Whilst I couldn't care less if he's here for the rest of the season or not (I've checked out, I'm done), I don't want him in charge next season.
https://saintsmarching.com/southamp...ignificant-transfer-fee-acquire-dream-signing Old news I know but this bit made me laugh: “Fans and faithful have enjoyed a good decision-making authority at the club and their approval might encourage the Saints to overcome the financial hindrance present in this move.”
