They genuinely think they can just take Isak when he's got nearly 4 years left on his contract. It's been very strange.... If a serious club offers 150 million maybe, but nobody can afford Isak
The FA Cup a few year back with Emery's team. Arteta claimed it, obviously. And has done nothing since.
Freddy Ljungberg was on Norwegian TV for the cup final and was convinced that Isak would leave. He just outright said it like "yeah he's definitely going to go, what a way for him to bow out" Doesn't know Isak personally, doesn't speak to his people, but happens to be an Arsenal man. So they're really cranking up the narrative like, hoping to run it as an "inevitable" scenario. He also outright said that Newcastle are a "little club" and it's nice that we won a cup for variety.
It's a bit strange it's like they think his contract has run out or that Newcastle are still unsportswashed. Isak is too bright to force a move to a club that's rapidly going out of fashion and to a fanbase that hates everyone that plays for them.
Wish I werent banned from the Sunderland board been prime real estate for a wind up after we won a cup
In the nicest possible way why do you care? We won a cup, enjoy it. Half the Sunderland fans I've seen have been pretty good about it to be honest.
