This is exactly why I don’t do season tickets, journey from Norwich is just too much to do so often.
Went membership to try and get away games instead and that hasn’t exactly helped either. Though I imagine it will possibly be more useful back in the Chmpionship.

Sorry to piss on your bonfire but I don't they will apart from far away ones with silly KO times.

We'll be winning more games next season which will keep people engaged and the allocations will be smaller.

    A very fair point.
Though I think (hope) the greater variety of distance from Southampton will help. Never stood a chance with all the London games this season.

I think that the season ticket scenario will recognise the abject failure of this season. I should have some credits for selling tickets for the games ny wife did not want to go to. I have not missed a PL match at home but will do something else other than what football if the weather improves.

I won't pay more than last seasons ticket prices and by that I mean the Chapel corner cheap prices from last season. Highly unlikely but I don't mind giving it a miss honestly.

If they don't give us a good deal after this ****show I hope we embarrass them with record low attendance figures next season, they need to learn a lesson.

Chances of a sub £400 season ticket are probably about the same as us staying up.

I think it'll be a freeze personally as I just can't see them reducing prices after this year's increase. There should absolutely be a hefty renewal discount offered imo.

Man Utd season tickets gone up by 5% for the third year in a row. You can really milk the fans for all they're worth when you have an unlimited supply of them. Particularly grim for the average fan when they pay hundreds of thousands a week to so many prima donna players.

    On our season tickets.
I don't think I'll be renewing mine, regardless of price. Existing as a human is just too expensive at the moment, and the price of pretty much everything (except my wage) is set to rise even more in the next months. Wish I didn't waste my money on one this season. Basically working in the week to earn money, to then flush it down the drain on the weekends watching the garbage our team produce every week.

Must admit I’m faltering. Had a season ticket since early 80s and been going since late 70s. Only had a short 2-3 year break when work got in the way.

As much as I am looking forward to the Championship, this year has been so bad that I am beginning to think maybe I can spend my £700 on something that will actually bring me enjoyment rather than dread.

I really don't understand the hold up. Are they hoping for a miracle win from somewhere to try and capitalise on?

Really don't see that working as we almost certainly won't win another game. Best bet would be to get the details out ASAP with a hefty early bird renewal discount imo.

I really think the club are sleepwalking somewhat into much lower attendances next season compared to last.

Club must be waiting to see if we survive.

The only way they retain decent attendances is reinstating last seasons prices imo, a freeze will not be enough after the **** show this year, they owe us.

Unfortunately I don’t think we will get it and I won’t be renewing unless we do.

Be laughable if they actually are waiting for confirmation. Leicester released theirs weeks ago.

Broken record but I said this last Summer that with the price rises and binning of the cheap section they were backing themselves into a corner a bit unless they were willing to reduce them again on relegation.

There's no way they'll reinstate last season's prices imo and the cheap section definitely won't be coming back. Freeze is probably the most likely but hopefully with a decent renewal discount.

Maybe they’re waiting to be officially relegated, then announce that Juric will be leaving at the end of the season?
I think that releasing details now, they know that many won’t renew.
For me personally, I’m one that will be waiting to see what decision they make with the manager etc, as if they stick with Juric, I just can’t see any positivity going into next season.

It will be nice to know etc, but it’s also kind of irrelevant as you’ll have until end of June to renew.

I won’t be renewing for personal reasons(baby on the way). Just a shame it wasn’t a year earlier.

If the Pompey game is the second half of the season, I could see them doing a run on half season tickets.

Yes that's a very good point. We don't know what's in his contract but it may well be that once relegation is confirmed we can announce he's leaving at season's end without additional compensation.

Waiting for Rusk and Lallana to gloriously steer us to 19th place with a couple of wins and a draw in the meaningless games before announcing them as permanent managers and a price freeze

I'm sure I read somewhere that Leicester's renewal window ends tomorrow. We don't even have a start date for ours.

I think their adult renewal discount varies between about £50 and £75, depending on seat location etc.
