Probably the worst team to come to St.Marys this season… And they still beat us without having to get out of second gear. Every time a Wolves player got the ball they beat a Saints player then started an attack. Every time a Saints player got the ball they looked to get rid a.s.a.p. Sully, Fernandez at least ran a long way before they lost the ball. Dibling turned up for the last 20 minutes.
It really is sad that I have zero regrets about handing my season ticket back to the club. I haven't missed going to the games at all and it hurts to say that. Thankfully I do have a more optimistic view of things once this season is in the rear view window which is what is keeping me going!

First game since Boxing Day and I have a season ticket, but can't be arsed. I don't think I will be back again this season. In some ways I want to get to only 10 points max as we are genuinely the worst team in PL history IMO. We deserve the record. I think SR should sack Juric and have a manager like a thread starter. You only get the next game if you don't lose. Still think we'd have more 'double threaders' than the current plan.

People on here are sooo negative. Actually, this team has in some ways exceeded expectations. I think we all thought it could be a **** season, but we didn't expect such high levels of **** or being so consistently ****. Also, the progression has been remarkable, each game has been more **** than the last. High levels, consistency and progression, all in our first season back. That's all positives in my book.
I did check the BBC and they described the goals we let in as two of the worst pieces of defending ever seen in the Premier League. So that was nice.

He was obviously a huge upgrade on what we had but I can't help feeling that it was a pointless signing and that £25m on a DM or striker would have had more of an impact.
He's obviously a good keeper. But you are right in saying that the money would have been better spent elsewhere in the team
It’s probably unfair to single out players but your last point was our view today. Ironic that after his mysterious loss of impact since RM, that was probably his best 20 minutes for some time. I’m not going to be ultra critical as weeks of dire football have dulled the sharp edge of possible comments, but we did feel a bit relieved to see some effort for the first 10 and final 20 minutes, but it’s a low bar of measurement! The two goals were from perfectly preventable situations, apart from the goals plus two other opportunities Ramsdale had little to do. I don’t actually care what our final points record is, I just would like to see us win at SMS again this season. We’ve known for weeks we’re down. Roll on next season!!
They definitely tried to sign him in the summer. But I thought the reason why it didn't proceed was because Wolves didn't make an acceptable offer to Arsenal (whereas we did), rather than Ramsdale rejecting the move.
Yeah I was trying to work out the connection. They booed him throughout. Someone around where I sit said he was/is a West Brom fan, so maybe he’s given them stick before when beating them with other teams or something (if that’s true).
