I know people will disagree but we were the better team today: higher xG, more corners and shots. But it is a player quality issue as always conceding too soft goals.
Must win match against the 4th worst team in the league, missing their best player, and we've gone in with no-one up front Some of the players didn't look interested either. Absolute garbage
Yeah we were definitely the better side I thought but I think Wolves never really got out of first gear, and they didn’t need to. If we had taken the lead at any point pretty sure they would’ve kicked on and won anyway
Basically two **** pieces of defending cost us the game, in the end. Well that and our inability to score at the other end. Desperately need a reset for next season because the same poor defending will likely lead to goals, even allowing for lower quality opponents. Not going to let it ruin my weekend. After being caught on a Spanish motorway in another thunderstorm, yesterday, when the rain varied from pissing down, to bucketing down to “who emptied a ****ing swimming pool on my car”, and getting home safely, seeing the weekend was a bonus.
Huge difference between booing a player onto (or off) a pitch, and booing the team as a collective. Hope that helps
Think it’s more the Derby record thing than anything else. Plus some people just care more about football and the results, so every loss is going to annoy them
Yeah I get that. But same manager, same team, same tactics = same result. It’s all about next season. But I hate Robbie Savage, so would like to get that result sorted, if for nothing other than that.
Having paid over a monkey for a season ticket I expect millionaires to at least put maximum effort in.
I thought the booing when jack came on was more aimed at bringing a cb when 2.1 down. At least I hope that's what it was for
If we'd played our best players - in the right positions - we'd have won today. Wolves were terrible.
