I think we are all in for the world cup. I am good with that. I am as big as anyone on youth development, but at international football experience is maasive.

I like the squad. Rashford is playing well again and he has pace which at the level is vital. I would have him in my squad now he is playing again. Gibbs-White definitely unlucky but Cole Palmer is very special. We have a lot of very exciting midfielders, but not a real old head. Hendo in for that is fine by me tbh. Walker less convinced about and he may well be ditched by tournament time, but again it is pace.

Trafford, Skelly, Rogers, Jones, James all great picks for me. James and Skelly as full backs could make a massive differencd to how we look.

Love England. Excited for the Tuchel regime.

****e selection. That said I am one for not really being that arsed about the national game. I do get passionate on the games that matter but otherwise I would be happy to miss the world cup qualifier. Wouldn't even remember that it took place tbh

The U21's would beat the main side!

There's 4 or 5 players in there who would have been welcome additions to the full squad.

Instead we get uninspiring Walker, Burn, Henderson, Ramsdale.

Lewis Skelly is a nice addition and Curtis Jones should be a regular in the first 11 at this point.

The omission that has gone under the radar imo is Conor Gallagher. I'm not the biggest fan but given he's a regular for Atletico Madrid, you'd think he'd have a strong shout for being in the squad.

Dan Burn? He's going to get ripped a new one. Potential Red card but a definite yellow
