WBA DUE A WIN OR LOSS! HULL DUE A LOSS OR DRAW! COVENTRY have a harder game v SUNDERLAND ... BOTH LOOKING TO WIN [BASED ON PATTERN OF RESULTS! ..LOL ]
I wonder whether allowing so many subs actually makes matters worse, it sounds odd I know, but bear with me. In years gone by when there were no subs or just one, naturally the game would slow towards the end as players energy levels decreased, however now that doesn’t happen, as subs are brought on the energy levels do not decrease, in fact at times they increase, meaning players that play a full 90 mini are competing alongside others that possibly only play for 20 or 30.
Bristol City: Is this the year the South West finally earns its first Premier League spot, 33 years in the making? Why Bristol City can become the first South West side since Swindon in 1992/93 to play in the Premier League next season; watch Bristol City vs Norwich live on Sky Sports Football from 7.30pm on Friday, kick-off 7.45pm https://www.skysports.com/football/...st-premier-league-spot-33-years-in-the-making
a bit early to predict PREM FOOTBALL. ...we would need a lot of investment if we made it to prem! 3 hurdles to jump over .............. get into top 6 ..... win the "semi final" ... win the final ......... we would need to invest around £50-60 million to just stay up for 1 year.............. then come year 2 another £ 50 -60 million .. likely not have more than 2 or 3 of present staff inc:managerial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t consider Swindon to be in the southwest. Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. That is it.

Record breaking Bristol City transfer worked wonders - but one thing tarnished his Robins legacy https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/b...d-wonders-controversial-switch-ruined-legacy/
I can’t speak for others, but I don’t begrudge Big Dave playing for Cardiff at all. We wouldn’t extend his contract. He needed work and Cardiff were willing to take him. I don’t think there are many city fans who would turn against him for that. I think this article is wrong.
another season may have worked better us and maybe for him .... didnt he go abroad and think he was scoring in almost every other game!
Wasn’t we wouldn’t extend from memory it was he wouldn’t sign on terms offered. Then once the transfer window closed in January he downed tools. Then he went to Turkey and returned later to Cardiff.
interesting Hull city once again doing an season gallop! Sunderland slipping up badly City over 10 games just slightly worse than over 6. ..... 1.9 v 2. 0 From the top down last 10 games 15..... 24 .. .. Coventry 14..... 22 .. .. Burnley 13..... 22 .. .. Sheff U 12..... 19 .. .. City 11..... 21 .. .. Leeds 11..... 15 .. .. Hull 10..... 16 .. .. WBA 10..... 11 .. .. Watford 10..... 10 .. .. Middsbro 10..... 17 .. .. Millwall Sunderland over 10 games has 15 pts Norwich has 13pts Blackburn 4 pts over 6 ... over 10 is just 10 points!!! still holding on with a chance with 52 points!
We asked AI exactly how many points Bristol City need to secure play-off spot - here’s its intriguing response https://www.bristolworld.com/sport/...ol-city-ai-play-off-race-championship-5038800
It won’t be easy, and I have a feeling we will end up 7th and be a couple of points shy. If so, then that’s huge progress for us this season, and puts us back where we haven’t been for 5-6 years. The fact we’re even being talked about in articles like this shows how far we’ve come. We know what we need for that next step, had we had that goal scorer, I think we’d be comfortably be in a playoff spot come May.
