    Beef casserole. Mashed potato mixed with leek and bacon to go with it.

    Bangers and mash again for us tonight. I love bangers and mash with plenty of onion gravy.

    Now tomorrow night is treat night. My good lady brought home some monkfish tails. Mouth watering thinking about it.

    My pies went down well, too well, didn’t get a photo !
    Ive got a big joint of Brisket going in the slow cooker just now, in the morning I’ll add some small brown onions ( the pickling kind ) a tin of corned beef to thicken the gravy and we will have the best beef dips ever served in stotties with chips and mushy peas for tea tomorrow

    Easy tea tonight.
    Whole chicken in the air fryer (on roast) for 1 hour, mash, carrots peas and stuffing.
    Thick gravy made from the chicken juices.
    Nowt flash, but bloody nice.

    1 onion
    I apple
    Spices - garam masala, cumin, turmeric & chilli
    1 cup of red lentils
    3 Chicken breasts
    Tin of coconut milk

    We've just recently had a month of Hello Fresh.....won't be doing that again.
    Had them towards the end of covid weren't bad but not anymore.
