Nothing’s changed, the amber has just faded, you can still see what was amber in daylight and the backs of them are still amber…

Puerta - How did he squeeze that 2nd goal in?
Hughes - strong all over the pitch
    Gelhardt - calm finish again

Could easily have had Kamara or Palmer in there

Maybe my eyesight is failing but I see no amber seats at all. And the MKM's branding at the back of the stands has changed from being yellow/amberish to black and white. I was informed about this from a sponsor at Fc's last home game, so looked for it last night. The RL lot were told it is a deliberate move to make the RL club feel 'more at home' They are delighted with it.

Geldhardt - without him on the pitch we have no players that would have made that forward run for Palmer to slot it through to, consequently we’d not have got back into the game by equalising, it would have been zero points.

Puerta - the assist for his goal from Macca, along with Puerta’s movement, was quality, he had no right to score from there but his tenacity got us the three points. He’s going to be a big miss against WBA, and all because a stonewaller wasn’t spotted by a totally incompetent referee. Life’s not fair!

Palmer - if for nothing else I’m giving him it for his movement and assist for Geldhardt’s goal, without that one piece of quality it’s unlikely that we’d have got anything out of that game, it was that pivotal.

They're black, yellow and white boards, they're the colours of the MKM Home logo, they're not black and white.

Let's be honest....those egg shaped chucking idiots need black and white back ground cos they get nowhere near filling the stadium, not so much of an issue for us

Look again at the back of all four stands. The original branding, MKM boards have been replaced and several boards have been blacked out altogether.
The original ones are evident behind the goal in the clip you posted. How old was the clip?

Are you never wrong? They were last night, have a look at the hoardings at the back of the stand facing the pitch.

Yes, sometimes I'm wrong, but I'm putting this one down to your paranoid obsession with Hull FC. <ok>

    Let me explain.
There are not many football league grounds that I haven't been in. All have an identity to the club actually playing there, except Hull City. And it's not a new thing. Even when Boothferry Park was in its prime all the stands were painted in racing car green, we looked more like Wimbledon Tennis Club, then they did. The only black and amber in the place was on the brass name plaque above the players tunnel and even that was eventually sold. It changed slightly when the Needlers left and we did see a bit of hand painted black and amber on the gable ends of the East Stand for example.
So we moved to the new stadium and the council and developers held several meetings with FC Voices, a pressure group made up 100% of fans of Hull Fc. These meeting were to decide on the colours of the seating etc. There were no meetings beforehand with Hull City fans. It was only a last minute decision after pressure from some of the fanzine lads, of which I was one, that a lip service meeting was held with City fans and the question was raised about the lack of our clubs colours anywhere in the stadium. In fact several things had been overlooked, like fans segregation, as the RL fans expected to change ends at half time like they did at the Boulevard. So we were told the seating would be 50/50, City and Fc, it never was.
The Allams changed a lot of this because they had no love for rugby league and even less interest, plus there was a lot of dispute as to who pays for what and they thought the rugby lot were getting away virtually scott free, much to the annoyance of the RL club, but most of the changes were made back stage.
I know from Fc sponsors and fans that they thought they were playing at Hull City's ground because of this and a determined effort was made to change it, which was evident last night to me. It has happened gradually but it has happened.
So to end, tell me of another stadium you know where the interior of the ground, which is mainly the seating of which we have 24,500, are in the colours of another team?

I don't want to get into an argument here but I'm asking just innocently, who do you think is favouring Hull FC in decision-making around the stadium? Acun owns the SMC and no one else has any authority over the stadium do they? So are you thinking that Acun is allowing FC to be over-represented at City's expense or that some other party is somehow exerting influence?

'Some' Every seat in the stadium, all 24,500 of them are either black or white?? There are no yellow/ amber ones, not even in the shaded areas which wouldn't fade.
From Hull Fc sponsors lounge this season, the word is they are all delighted with the new look of the stadium which, this season, is black and white. But you say all that is new is that 'some' of the seats have faded ? As you say ffs.

I have no idea. Perhaps OLM knows, he seems to know everything else?
Or perhaps someone representing the fans should be asking these questions at the meetings with the club?
I would have asked them myself direct when I volunteered and was accepted to be a fans representative for the East Stand a while back, only for my invitation to be pulled on the day of what would have been my first meeting?
I think its important that the interior of our stadium should represent the team playing there, ie; Hull City.
Do you not think Fc Voices would remain quiet if all the white seats in the stadium were actually amber therefore making all 24,500 seats black and amber?
