Another big three points. Take each game as it comes and find a way to win. That’s all that matters now.

I should be going to bed feeling content tonight after a big win but I won't. I'm really pissed off first at how badly we played in the first half and most of the second, then at Puerta's sending off, then contemplating WBA away on Saturday without 2 of our first choice players. Struth, it's hard supporting City!

How is our form this decent yet we’re still only 5 points clear.

    Stupid division.

    Well that was cold
Two poor teams and an even worse ref.
We showed more quality and deserved the win.

More importantly ive seen my first win in 3 managers and my jinx is over

Took us a while to get going, but it was really only the result that mattered.

Another ****ing useless ref, to add to this season’s long list of useless refs. The **** him.

I can’t even begin to get my head around what the ref saw in that sending off.

Fair enough you might not give a pen but in the dying seconds of a game are you 100% sure Puerta has dived from the position he sees it from? I don’t think it’s possible.

He let everything go in the first half but he doesn’t let that go? Just getting his bollocks out to show off.

Puerta was great for the last 20. Palmer changed the game. Hughes excellent.

    2/3 more wins.

Not that I needed to but I’ve just watched that second yellow replay four times and it’s the clearest penalty decision I’ve ever seen! The defender pushes Puerta then trips him and gets nowhere near the ball, and the abysmal ****ing joke of a referee has a clear view of the foul, he’s not unsighted by any other player.

Absolutely ****ing awful decision, he’s not even fit to referee a pub league!

All we need is 3 wins out of 9 and any of the teams below us would need 50 points to jump above us. I’d save your money.

We’re now 7th in the form table (or top of the famous three game form table, along with Burnley and Sheff United).

Except for when he totally lost his man for their goal, and, judging by his body language, he knew it!

65-70 minutes of beige performance, they looked poor and likely to get a goal from (yet another) set piece, formation was not working, almost changed it too late but :)

    ****ebox of a referee

Worse thing is @FER ARK had a punt on 3-1 !
He’s currently bringing in lawyers to seek significant damages from that tubby bloke in the blue shirt who’d presumably won the ‘be a ref for the day’ competition

Just watched the sky highlights and took three things from them.
1/ Joffy is such a good finisher, that was a brilliantly taken goal.
2/ Puerta should definitely be awarded that goal, cracking bit of skill.
3/ 100% a penalty on puerta but I can see how the ref could come to the conclusion he did, if puerta had just fallen, it would almost definitely be given but there was a slight arched back as he went down so could be looked at as a bit of a dive, just my ****ing opinion so no need to have a fit….

The ref has to be 100% certain it’s a dive, which he couldn’t have been as it was a wrong decision.

It’s the last action of the game and he’s decided he wanted some attention.

    Absolute Kock.
