Back to the mass murder of Alawite Muslims, being wrongly claimed as an attack on Christianity by the right wing Putin Lobby. It looks like Putin is behind it. The men doing the killing are described as appearing to be Chechens. Not heard any of the right getting angry about their hero Poots. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx20p0pj931o.amp
I'll check with my brother in law on this - he runs a company doing intelligence work in the region - the one that DOGE removed the funding for, which stopped the guards working on the Syrian prisons guarding the IS members. They got the funding back about a week ago (it was one of Elon's mistakes).
If he does do that, and uses this falsehood as an excuse, you'll know exactly what he is (if you hadn't worked it out already).
I bet you did. Where did you get your information that Christians are being targeted when they are not?
For all the Musk-Bro MAGA types obsession with Rogan & Tate style manliness - a real man has the strength of character to admit when they are wrong.
For what it's worth, I have no problem with Musk in terms of Tesla (I wouldn't want one, but they're good cars). I have no problem with Musk in terms of Space X (he's doing some very interesting work there). I don't even give *that* much of a toss about what he's doing in DOGE (though I think he's entirely the wrong person to let loose with something like that). I have a huge problem with him impinging dangerously, very dangerously, on global politics like he's doing now.
International Criminal Court has arrested Deuterte in Philippines due to his use of extra judicial killings of people alleged to be drug dealers. I think this is promising news. They are starting to catch up with people. Putin and Netanayu next, please.
Just reading Melanie Phillips piece in The Times today (someone who I disagree with a great deal of the time), which is a very good acknowledgement of the two sides of Trumpism - the good (conventional conservatism that wants a return to stable jobs, a curb on illegal immigration and an end to the more mad elements of the progressive ideologies) and the bad (basically all the mad ****). I highlight it as the final paragraph bears repeating: "Those of us who regarded Trump's arrival in the White House as promising deliverance from an agenda that seemed to be driving Western civilisation off the cultural cliff must nevertheless speak up against those elements of Trumpworld that threaten to bring about exactly the same thing".
Haha, brilliant. You do wonder about quite how 'smart' Musk is, when he can't work out that a group of people good enough at hacking to take down Twitter, aren't so good that they'd mask their IP addresses. It's just ridiculous. He's a dangerous little toad.
By the way, I find the concept that people are 'jealous' of Musk utterly absurd too. I can only speak for myself, but what on earth would I be jealous of Musk for? I'm far richer than Musk, because I realise that my worth isn't determined by my bank balance. I have a family whom I love and who love me. I have a huge circle of wonderful friends. I have enough money to survive and to give. A large proportion of the world don't think I'm a **** (can't speak to everyone on that, but still...) My only real issue in life is the football team I support. So why on earth would I have even an iota of jealousy of that guy?
I'm sure I'm not alone in having similar circumstances. There's something deeply flawed with Musk, a distinct lack of humanity, humility and empathy. Known publicly to have fourteen kids with the likelihood of more to come out of the woodwork. He's certainly trumped the abomenible Johnson on the progeny front.
