Picked many wild garlic, making a wild garlic basted chicken stuffed with wild garlic stuffing

 

How many hours in the Aga?

 

Not mine but...

 

Salmon in Plum sauce with egg fried rice and a couple of spring rolls.

 

Chicken stuffed with cheese wrapped in wild garlic and prosciutto. And chicken stuffed with wild garlic pesto wrapped in prosciutto. Sweet potato chips and potato tots, all home made.

Oiling it every year didn’t seem like such a chore, until you have to actually oil it every year. Much better in every other way though.
