They are really cbs. Caliafori is a young players who's 6 foot 3 nearly. They are these classic cbs playing full back. We have a classic lb. City have a cb playing lb with gvardiol. Arsenal have all sorts of no width cb playing lb plauers and will do anything bar play zinchenko. We have a converted whatever at rb. Be he a rw or cm or ejatever he was. City had a classic rb in walker and now **** knows. Arsenal have a cb at rb. This is really down to what do you want to do to create the width and where you want these fullbacks to go.
6 game is a long way away when we could be out of the cl in the next week. We park the league now and focus on the cl first then park thst and focus 100% on the little cup.
So far we've "only" mathematically secured a top half finish. I doubt the club have a particular points target; take each game as it comes and the points will take care of themselves. I hope we don't ease off if/when the title's won though. If we're still in the Champion's League, it may well break up our Flow. If not, then we might as well go all out for points.

Or calling gomez a full back when we all know he's filler. Most fullbacks are failed wingers at youth level, like neco Williams and they end up as specialists.
That’s just not how football works. There is no one description of a full back. Robertson and TAA couldn’t be more different types of players but are both full backs. I’m assuming you think maldini wasn’t a left back either because he wasn’t Roberto Carlos? Timber is 5’10’’. By your own criteria he’s far too short to be a cb. Hes more defensive but he’s a solid rb
There are plenty of typr of full.backs based in various abilities but as I said a classic full back is not a cb playing out there. That's dan burns stuff. They are usually naturally wide players who have been .loved to defence as they are.not good enough to be a winger. This current fashion of cbs being full backs is just that. Fashion. It's.far more likely you.convert a cm to a full back role that move a lump of a cb into a full back role and expect them to be mobile. If teams are going to play inverted or narrow fullbacks then it makes.more sense thst thry be a midfielder from the off. Arteta is obsessed with pep and his 4 cbs and stones going to stand near rodri. The problem is he hasn't got the forward to do it and hasn't got a rodri either. Imo arsenal will win nothing with this set up

Nah. They are players who are not good enough to play full back at this level and should be cbs back in Italy and Holland. Again what kind of full back do you want. Jamie carragher or dan burn (extreme examples) Or do you want a trent or a porro type? (Another extreme) Of arsenal had been signing players for amorim I would say fire away with these guys as part of that back 3. But again you'd.never play them as wing backs. Arsenal need to provide width in one of two ways. (Full backs or wingers) And arsenal need to provide players to finish chances (striker, 10 or wingers) They can't do either right now. Bad transfer policy. They bought those players without adressing the glaring gap in thr squad.
