Anyone can spin however they want. The facts are there for anyone to see. Spurs home form this league season will end up being the worst ever in the PL era.
The first 5 results you can understand (based on the form to date this season of all the opponents) , but the final two there is no excuse for.
Now equal...tbh going out of the EL will end this thread...so I'm preparing a who's the next mug...sorry manager thread
You could start a teaser poll already about which cuisine we will be sampling: Spanish, German, Dutch...
The thing is, Levy thinks "we have our Tottenham back" ..... we have our Tottenham back alright, the Tottenham from 1991 onwards.
The usual barometer of when I'm done with a manager is when I start playing a new game of Football Manager during the season, rather than during the summer break So the final match of pre-season in my first season in charge is a trip to Racing Santander, having just beaten Strasbourg 11-0 in the previous fixture...
Ha, similar here. As soon as I don’t feel bad starting as spurs and mind the manager losing his job is when I know I’ve reached my limit. Could never start as spurs for about 4 years under Poch!
Far as I’m aware all the rival fans on the Prem board are praying we keep him because they can all see how dreadful he is and it’s making us something to laugh at for them.
It does have to be said he does have the gift of the gab to talk players through the door that we might not necessarily have got otherwise Don't suppose we can install him as a DoF instead...?
No logic and reasoning based on my Ange in vote other than I’m beyond caring, the PL games are dead rubbers…don’t even watch them I dream every season until I can’t dream no more no logic suggests we are winning the return leg in the Europa but I’m just hopeful because we are so inconsistent that we might just beat them, we’re not brilliant but they’re nothing magnificent so I’m just hoping we get it right on the night im ready for the hope to kill me and put me out of my misery but if we go through…that’s football
In the last few weeks, I swapped from "In" to 'Out'. I wanted to see if Levy would back him and break the cycle of mid-season sackings...and he has. Unfortunately, he's done it for the worst coach that we've had for a very long time. This bloke is never going to succeed in the PL. Playing schoolboy 'kick and rush' football was never and is never going to work. It took 10 games for the other teams to work it out. Of course, Daniel's not yet done so...
He’s going for sure. Ideally we need someone in sharpish to allow him time to transition before the new season starts rather than wait until the summer break. Plus it would be helpful to have a new manager in before the transfer window opens. But obviously Levy will wait until the end of the season which will lead to an even more demoralised squad where some will want out. The squad needs to end the season on a high with promising signs for next season. This ain’t gonna happen with Ange here. By Ange staying, we’re going to end up with some of our promising youngsters wanting to leave.
There are many who want us to sack our manager, whomever it is and at whatever time, just do that we remain the club that always sack managers and have no stability. That way we remain a laughing stock. We remain the club that 'breaks' previously successful managers. The same ones who now say, 'I hope you keep him' will be the same ones laughing when we sack him. It's not worth taking them into consideration at all. Either back the manager, or don't.
