I'd be tempted to try Lincoln at LB/LWB, we need players who can do a better job of holding on to the ball when we get it.
If we can see out the first 10 -15 minutes, then the subs might be crucial to give more legs for the last half an hour. Can't see us holding out, but one never knows.
There’s just no out-ball. When it was still a back four, McLoughlin was getting run ragged by their number 17. Kamara as a left-wingback seems to have helped but there’s just Puerta and Alzate in midfield. Suppose you can sub out McLoughlin for Jacob and Kamara goes back to right-wing as an out-ball but then you lose height at the back and they’re putting a lot of balls into the box.
Gone 5-3-1 and it's attack against defence. Sitting off too deep. We need some possession. These are the situations managers earn their money.
