In my one man experiment I have found reading this thread more enjoyable over the last two weeks or so. I no longer get frustrated or angry or just pissed off as a result of reading misinformation that is repeated over and over again, despite it being proven to be misinformation. I achieved this state of (almost) nirvana by just putting one person on block. Won’t work for everyone but it works for me.
I have only ever put one person on here on block and they no longer post. That was because I found them to be condescending. I think it is a shame that some of you have blocked Os. In my opinion, the responses from Laces, Tejon, Jabbo and Loading are the reasons this thread is so compelling. I do not agree with Os yet blocking him is precisely the kind of actions from Liberals that adds efficacy to the freedom of speech argument. In my opinion, let Os spout his nonsense as this provokes genuine abd intelligent responses that I , for one , appreciate. I am not advocating tit for tat replies , rather the fact that the nonsense posted by Os provokes some very good replies. Was thinking this morning about how if a 'legacy media' outlet (lets say a newspaper or AP/Reuters) misinformed/lied in a verifiable way, and at the rate of Trump and Musk, they'd be shut down in a week, or they'd be the Sunday Sport. Literally, they could not do it. Yet the propaganda and the psy-op has been so bloody clever, people will go to Musk etc for 'news' over the legacy media because they've been completely fooled into it by these charlatans. It's actually quite extraordinary.

We are in the UK so the sentencing council is independent, non political. So overseen by labour is irrelevant. you only highlighted the racial part, so I’m assuming the female or pregnant aspects of a psr are irrelevant because as soon as you pick up on one aspect, you can’t ignore the others because they don’t suit what you want to be angry about. You already know that sentences are longer and more likely to be custodial for those groups, so introducing a psr into these cases is aimed at levelling sentencing and the opposite of two tier. also what’s a psr and what is the purpose of it?
Did you miss the “sexual” part there or something? The fact you agree with this, with your background, is frankly scary and shows how ideologically captured the justice system is. Law should be fair and non-discriminatory by its very nature.
