Gelhardt - just pipping Puerta due to the goal
    Puerta - simply brilliant
Pedro - never stopped hassling them and causing problems

    Tremendous all round.

Joseph - he was the difference tonight for me. Didn’t score but always a threat and great to have him and Pedro on the pitch at the same time.
Gelhardt - could easily have been MotM
Puerta - ditto. His pass to Pedro for the second was sensational ( even though Var would have ruled Pedro a fraction off side)

But I’m sure plenty of others will have different opinions. Any one of the 11 could have been in the top 3 with the possible exception of Pandur who had little to do. Kamara had one of his best games, Alzate was superb as always, Coyle was captain fantastic, Jones made some vital blocks, and Sean McLoughlin is a man reborn and if his rasping drive had found the net it could have been goal of the season. We don’t shoot enough but McLoughlin single-handedly tried to put that right tonight.

3rd REALLY tough as there were a lot of food performances, I'm going with Jones tho who marshalled the back line well and won a lot in the air.

Could have easily been gelhardt ,Kamara or pedro, thought Coyle had his best 45 mins in the 2nd half for a long time and I thought Joseph had a decent outing too

Puerta - was all over the park tonight, cracking performance

Gelhardt - another who drove us forward and took his goal well.

Kamara - always a threat tonight, glad he scored, deserved it.

Special.mention to Joseph, although he didn't score ran his heart out, and typified our spirit tonight. Can't fault any of the lads tonight, everyone put a shift in there.

Side note: Pedro dropped a place for not getting booked & Joseph missed out for not scoring.

Puerta - workhorse performance, tackled ,chased , battled and passed well .
Pedro - dispite being battered by their defenders he didn't back down . A lovely selfless assist .
Mcloughlin- defended well , some great passes forward.
The whole team played their part . Pandur hardly troubled .
    A home clean sheet .
    Well done boys

Feel dirty not putting Alzate, Joseph, pedro, jones, Hughes, kamara, coyle, oh!! think I just did but not pandur as he did absolutely **** all, mind you all the outfield players were to thank for that so I guess it’s ok…
Watched it sat here in the lounge of my daughter’s villa in competa, massive screen, fridge filled with chilled beer and a never ending supply of crisps… ****ing paradise, Mrs red is fast asleep in bed so almost the perfect night… Come on lads !!!!!

Puerta ... imagine the lack of need for Beta Blockers if he hadn't been sat on his backside for however many games, no matter how good Mattazo is..
Macca.. the best left back we've had in a while... dont dare let the club let him go.
Geldhart... im sure he would like to stay, lets hope he does.
