Two committed players going for the ball at full pelt, Roberts was out of his area so couldn't use his hands, in that split decision he went with his feet and not his head, made the wrong choice but still got to the ball first but connected with Mateta in what was a ugly challenge. No complaints with the red card and three match ban, anyone wanting to change the rules to get his ban extended are total pricks, I'm surprised Leeds fans are jumping on the bandwagon I thought full blooded committed challenges was in their DNA?
Sorry mate, thought your keeper made a cowards challenge. Should have gone with his head as most goalies would have but he didn’t want the inevitable collision with Mateta that would have brought so went in with his foot, which should never have been that high. Personally I’m not calling for an additional ban to the three but he’s only got himself to blame if it comes his way.
