Match Day Thread St David's Day Blue Noses v Chairboys 1st March 25

The Chairboys travel up the M40 to take on the Blue Noses at St Andrews a ground that we have a 100% record in the league the last time was during our COVID season in the Championship the previous time was in August 1995 when I was present at St Andrews and I will be at this one also along with the two blues so maybe the bookies have this one all wrong.
Doddy best put out his strongest lineup for this one and that doesn't include Beryly Lubala.
As previously mentioned the two blues and myself will be at St Andrews looking forward to the lads upsetting the odds and hopefully coming home with the points

 

The one thing is Birmingham are not going to be playing with 11 men in the penalty area.

 

Tricky to say what our strongest 11 is, however Bez shouldn’t be out wide, I’d have him as 3rd choice centre forward after Kone and Udoh.

 

With all our draws & dropped points this game has became a bit more important to us now to keep in front of Wrexham

The only change from that team maybe Fin Back in the back four

 

How good is Pattenden? We picked him up from Isthmian League side Worthing

 

I don't think he is that quick, he doesn't mind getting stuck in, & he won't embarrass himself.

 

Kone only on the bench why? He's been training all week and Birmingham must be thinking thank god he's not starting as he's one of the best strikers in League 1.

 

Nearly right with the team Udoh & McCleary instead

I’m not convinced by him at all, our game this season was about playing it out from the back, Norris just pumps it long.

 

I sat down to watch this because I thought I saw it announced a while back that this was on Sky Sports Main event. Only to find it's on one of the Sky Sports Plus channels that isn't broadcast on Sky Go. ****ing annoying because we have Sky Sports Plus on our TV but can't get a signal. At £95 a month Sky can **** off. Cancelling today. And it looks like we are getting a hiding
