Thought the subs were superb and the game management towards the end was excellent. Some young players showed great experience there, Jones in particular.

Mayenda, Neil and Jobe the standouts for me. Mayenda edges it though for the goals.

Thought it destabilised us, personally. Just felt a little disorganised - and didn’t look like getting out. Maybe that’s my nerves. Seemed to click when Jones came on. Think we needed energy to really push out, and Mayenda was on fumes. All worked out though.

 

Q - if it hits Mayenda above elbow it's not hand ball is it? Think that's why ref allowed it maybe

 

If only, but you never know we have the strikers and 14 points clear of 5th so at least home advantage 2nd leg in the playoffs.

 

I can see why you picked Mayenda, but for me but Dan Neil was at a different level for me. Summed his game up right at the end for me. Got in front on his man and got the free kick. Thought he was immense tonight. Mayenda Will probably get MOTM from Sky and I got no problem with that

 

Mayenda MotM for obvious reasons but Neil ran him close. Superb. Jobe and O'Nien and Mepham not far behind either. Very solid performance from us.

 

Enjoyed the teams attitude, wasn't pretty but stood up and battled , great result

 

Good win that, we managed the game well at the end too.

Shout out for Hjelde btw. Wasn’t stand out by any means but that’s a good thing. Much more confident if Cirkin gets injured now.

 

Aye me neither. Both top draw. For me though without Mayenda that was a draw all over it.

 

Neil is premier league quality already, ridiculous talent.
