Sleep? As you see, I regularly post at 5 in the morning. I've always been an incredibly light sleeper. 5 hours is a decent sleep for me.

I wear ear plugs and that helped me massively but still not enough to get more than a few hours but at least it's uninterrupted now.

Once a week I will get 7 hours straight when I get tired enough. I've always been hyperactive too although it's slowed since I turned 40 four years ago. I still run, cycle and swim regularly to knock a bit of energy out of myself.

    Sleep,
Seems I am the total opposite to yous,
No problem sleeping 9 hours straight, if need be I can sleep anywhere at any time of the day.
TBH it is more of a problem than you might think.

Years back had a mate the same, he'd drop off in the pub, at rock concerts, if he was a passenger in a car, he'd nod off 10 minutes down the road, fortunately he never learnt to drive

For all those suffering sleep issues may I please suggest you play back the “highlights” of our game against Burnley (or indeed 99% of all their games). Seriously, 12 hours minimum, thank me when you wake up <laugh>

I did something similar last week. Car’s fixed now though.

I’m a martini sleeper. Any time, any place anywhere - if I’ve had a beer….

During a best man’s speech at a wedding (wasn’t a great speech to be fair); on top of a night club speaker. I’ve also Face planted a few curries in my time. Other lowlights include whilst performing an intimate act on a young lady.

Especially inconvenient are the dangers of night time public transport. I’ve had to trek across London from ending up in more end of the line tube and bus stations than I care to remember.

Transport is the bad one, fallen asleep at airports, missed flights, trains buses etc, long way home.
Although I think Einstein once said, I may sleep alot but when I’m awake I’m more awake than you.
Lions also sleep 20 hours aday so maybe it’s not all bad.

Unlike Albert and the marsh pride, sadly I’m not that awake when I’m awake.

Just be careful with the strength of the capsules, the daily recommended amount is 400mg max, I take 300mg because you obviously get some naturally from food, some of the capsules they sell are up to 1400mg, it can cause stomach issues if you take too much of it.
