Impact
Gelhardt (+9) and Matazo (Straigjt in at 14) have made obvious and immediate impacts

The Puerta Conspiracy
While the conspiracy does seem to have proven to be bunkum with his recent appearances. It still seems odd that Puerta received MOTM nominations in 6 of his 7 games prior to being dropped (including 2 x MOTM, 2 x second place & 1 x third place)

Upwardly Mobile
McLoughlin’s resurgence continues with another rise to 11th place - which is up 10 places from around 8 games ago.

Pandur at the top of the tree
Can the Pandur be shifted. He has been top of the tree for the last 14 consecutive games. Coyle was top for the first 19 games (despite having a terrible season).

 

So Matazo retires at 7.90 for the season and despite only appearing 6 times, may still finish ahead of around 20 other players who have represented and got MOTM votes this season.

 

Player of the season a few seasons ago was KPL this season has to be ACL for me. Seems to be everywhere.

 

Presumably that table doesn't take into account number of games played. If it was average score per appearance I wonder if Alzate might be well ahead.

 

35 different players!! That's more league games than we've played. Tell's a story (albeit not a new one)?

 

I did at one point have their scores divided by minutes but that was too hard to track. I could do one by games played, but I guess when we look to an overall Player of the Season it would be someone who played most of it. If Alzate catches Pandur he’ll definitely deserve it!

 

If it's not currently weighted by minutes or games played, how on earth is Palmer fourth?

 

Player of the season will be the one who doesn’t get an ACL .

 

We have had 25 players make their Hull City debut this season. It’s bonkers.

 

Can't understand Estupinan being so low in that table the guys not put a foot wrong all season

It’s where the season went wrong
Walter gets plenty of abuse on here but he was dealt the ****test hand by acun
Any new manager coming in would have struggled
Selles has improved us slightly not by much
But has had the benefit of some of the players Walter had but weren’t fit for Walter get fit
And all these new players who are clearly a step up on the bedia’s etc
And we are still an inconsistent mess

 

Can we include the physio? They are going to have a backlog of work.

 

Maybe theyre the reason...

 

I know we had a huge rebuild with ins and outs but that’s insane.
