Not a big birthday person but the missus insisted I take a day off so went spa earlier for a flotation tank (would recommend) and sauna. Weather was good for a bit so ponced along the seafront. Bit of gym just now and out for dinner tonight. She’s made a massive banoffee pie I made a start on last night so munch on that during the second half of the football.
