Somebody is actually going to see Tel make a run and pass to him at some point, right...?

I’d be tempted to make 3 changes and change formation at half time. Spence, Kulu and son on for Porro, Bentancur and Tel.

Wrong line up. With no game since the weekend and gap after this game, he should have gone strongest line up. Odobert shouldn’t be starting games and Spence should be one of the first names on the team sheet. Kulu should have started soon. All on the manager for me

I love the way we have completely lulled them into a false sense of security this half

One of the worst first half displays I can remember for a long time where we can’t really make any excuses. Poor team selection and as lacklustre a performance as you will see

The only real positive is that we’re only 1-0 down.

Even our better players have only been good for short spells.

That was dreadful. And City haven't been special by any means.
The fact that most of the problems were literally forecasted makes it worse.

When you can manage to make doku look like mbappe then you know you’re having a bad night!

Men against boys even more prevalent along the front three, just getting bullied. Nunes is awful so odobert needed to keep running at him.

The defence being shaky is one thing, I'm used to that, but our attack looks so weak and so easy to defend. They always seem to have about 3 players to our 1 every time we break forward.

Johnson has that goal knack, but in a game like this he seems to be a liability.
Odobert and Udogie haven't worked out how to play together yet and our general offensive passing has been dreadful.
And that's before you focus on the Porro conundrum...

Bloke is the maddest enigma I’ve known in football.

Constantly dog **** for 89 mins of a game but will pop and score a well timed finish. Wouldn’t be surprised if he bags again tonight.
