Now this twat I would fight, whoever started him on his humourless career wants twatting as well. I've never laughed at him once.
Alternatively you could look it up. “Redmeat provides us with iron, zinc and B vitamins. one of the main sources of vitamin B12 in the diet. ... Redmeat includes beef, lamb, mutton, pork, veal, venison and goat. ...
I was having tests because of IBS and they showed I had a lack of B12 so they gave me a list of the different meats and other things I should eat to get more B12. They also included things I should have less of. Unfortunately most of those were ones I am told to eat more of to keep my blood sugar levels in check.
Not wanting to take sides at all but this is why pork is classed as red meat, I actually thought it was white.. who knew !!
I dont eat pork, its not very tasty I like gobbling down turkeys and chicken **** the birds Not literally
I love pork, but the right cuts, cooked properly. Supermarket pork is ****e, always goes dry and rubbery so easily. Has to be fresh from a butcher or farm. Downside to that is you’ve got about a day to eat it before it starts spoiling, doesn’t last long at all does pork.
Yep, ribs, loin/tenderloin, belly. All amazing, would probably put all of those above any cut of lamb or beef personally.
Oh my lord honey roast belly pork with pineapple… know what I’ll make for this evening’s meal….. egg and chips… lol
Love ribs, belly pork etc but love lamb as well. Unfortunately wife can’t stand smell of it when it is cooking so lamb joints are a no no.
Some would ask if the tests involved a mouth swab, I couldn't possibly comment. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Genetic apparently that some ppl are disgusted by the smell of lamb cooking, my sister in law is and lives where it's the national dish.. Can't think what the reason for that would be.
Her mother used to make delicious lamb roasts. Once had a landlord in our local who was teetotal but kept the beer as good as any and better than most.
