Everything Juric says is not worth reading, on account of the fact he plays Aribo at CB.

And now he's throwing them under the bus publicly. Guy needs to f*ck off. Can't stand him.

Honestly don’t blame the guy for his comments. What has he got to lose? He was brought into an impossible situation, wasn’t backed by the club financially and the players had already thrown in the towel before he got there. Why does he need to play good guy media PR man? The players are genuinely possibly going to be crowned the worst PL team ever and they don’t play like they give one iota of ****. I will never blame him for this season, it’s SR, the players and Russell Martin’s arrogance. Juric has made some terrible desicions but let’s not act like he was given a strong hand and only played a high card. The club even ****ed off one of our highest scorers ffs.

I can’t excuse a lot of his choices but he should never have been hired for the situation in the first place. It is one of the many dumbass choices masterminded by SR.

Yes and no. I see him just as a placeholder. Nobody was pulling us out of the mess with this squad, so they needed a fall guy.

Yeah exactly that really. I’m more annoyed that a PL football club threw in the towel before Christmas to be honest.

This is why I have no confidence in SR. If Juric was so good , why did they not bring him in sooner when it was obvious that RM was not the man ?

I am not convinced they will get the next manager right either. The criteria they are setting for appointments are clearly wide of the mark. I think SR are honest and genuine in their ambitions but they are incompetent.

I genuinely feel that they will move on in May when season ticket sales tank. Someone will recognise the potential and come in for the club. I think SR will be pleased to be able to step away.

Because the crowd had turned, the players had stopped believing, and there was one Hail Mary left in the bag. It didn't work, to the surprise of nobody, so then Dragan stepped in and made significant changes - like everyone had been saying he needed to.

Well yes, me too. And I'm afraid we all have to wait and see if they've got it right this time.

Whilst I am in the season has been over for ages camp and also looking forward to next year, the only thing that pisses me off is that the players seem to have totally given up, whilst I still had half my £750 season ticket left to use.

I haven’t been to any games since West Ham at home (I also didn’t go to the 2 or 3 before that), as I don’t see why I should waste a day off, just to get annoyed and pissed off. That’s my choice. The players in the main seem to have no professional pride and have given up.

I'm not one of those people who likes to throw around refund type comments but I do think it'd be nice for the club to offer STH's something due to just how ****ing terrible this season has been and I don't mean a free drink/pie at one match.

Not sure exactly what but imo they have to do something to acknowledge just how ****ing awful it's been every single week.

I think it was Brendy who suggested they could offer a hefty early bird discount for next season or something which would be good if it was indeed considerably larger than normal.

I do think ST sales will struggle next season too as I can't see a significant price decrease happening after the work they did to the ground. Said last Summer I felt they might have dug themselves a hole there.

Nice shout but just can’t see it, especially with still bringing in 31k every game. Anyway, does anyone know if the present record holders did anything similar? A previous benchmark is probably our best hope.

At the moment, I personally know more people who won't renew than will. Or at least, that's their current intention.

And once a ST holder chooses not to renew, especially a long term ST holder, getting them back later won't be easy.

Yeah definitely & that could very much be me & my lad. Championship football & no VAR may not be enough IF SR don’t get their **** sorted. Of course you can say, we’ll need to “wait & see” what they action but I firmly the clock is now ticking for a lot of people because of what we’re witnessing.

Yeah of course but I was just questioning whether they’ll discount

This is so true,I was lucky they forced me out of my seat which meant this was the first season I've not travelled for two and a half hours each way.
Nothing so far has tempted me to renew next year.

Yeah going to the football is very habitual and it's easy to break that habit. Once people miss a season they aren't necessarily going to miss it as much as they thought they would.

I've actually gone the other way in that last season was my first ST in years and I fully had the intention of not renewing if we were promoted. But by the time it came round I was used to going again and didn't want to stop.

There'll be far less people in my group than the opposite though.

As I said they really backed themselves into a corner with the large price increase because I can't see a substantial decrease due to relegation and lots of people won't want to pay it after the season we've had.

Be quite funny if less than a year after talking about expanding the ground we're down to 24k attendances. Which I think is very possible if we don't start well.

I used to go to every home game for years, some away games with my brother and his mates, funnily enough I saw nearly every game in the FA Cup rounds in the FA Cup winning season.

Then I started playing football for teams that were in leagues and I couldn't go to every game, so it was midweek games or games when we didn't have one. It stayed like that for years, then my mates moved away, got married etc, so I had no one to go with. I started having work that involved long hours, seven days a week...just got tougher and tougher.

    After a while I didn't miss it.

Then I moved out of the area to Swindon, so that made it easier to make excuses not to go. So I got into ice hockey, and my wife liked going to that, indoors, loads of goals, 15 minutes drive, no hooligans and two games every weekend. So that meant I just looked at MotD/Sky and followed online etc, for Saints stuff.

Now we live in the Highlands even less chance I'll ever see them live again.

This was during some reasonably successful seasons too. Excuses are so easy to find.

When we are like a poor Sunday morning side - it is a no brainer, Excuses come knocking at your door.
