Well that was as bad as I expected, Juric must go now and not wait until the end of the season
Totally disorganised, no one seems to know what they are supposed to be doing and the players look they’re not interested

Spors is a nobody. He's going to change **** all. We can keep changing nonsense positions at board level. But until we recruit decent players or managers, we're simply rearranging chairs. SR are about buying cheap selling high. They're not remotely interested in the success of SFC. As long as they turn a profit (Dibling/Fernandes) they couldn't give a ****, they'll see this season as fine.

No one is this consistently **** by accident. The best we can hope for under SR is to yo-yo, they're after individual players to sell on, not a team.

Ramsdale definitely has kept the score down.

Assume I missed a gritty, hard working saints win. Heavy metal football and solid discipline?

    [checks score]

Ah. Glad I tuned out of that then

Do not understand and will never understand the pile on of Juric, I was naive enough to think we were a smarter fan base than digging out the manager who was put in an impossible situation with no lifelines ffs.

Imagine being a kitchen owner already with a track record of dodgy decisions, giving a poor to average chef, poor to average ingredients to make a meh steak pie and having them cook the absolute **** out of it to the point that everything becomes useless. Then after all that deciding okay, we will get a pastry chef in to fix, the pastry chef probably knew he was walking into an impossible job with a job that was not meant for his skill set so more than likely asked for some equipment and ingredients to fix the pie, like maybe a better type of pastry and some better quality steak, the owners have then come back and said sorry we can’t get you that, instead here is one sprig of spring onion and a carrot that they picked early. Cool, now you can make the pie right?

How the **** can anyone blame the pastry chef in that position? Who is anyone expecting to turn things around now? They could get Ancelotti and it wouldn’t make a blind bit of difference.

If we aren’t going to win again this season, why not give some youngsters a go. It’s not like they will be any more embarrassing than the so called top players. Will be a chance to give them experience and to see who has potential.

He puts in a solid performance week in, week out. Fair play to him. I feel sorry for him ending up with this **** show of a team.

Which is why his predecessor no longer has this job.

I get this to a point, and i don't think any of us expected much, but **** me, some of his decisions are so batshit mental, you just cannot work out what he's even trying to do. It's insane.

Not sure how many times this needs explaining.

Calling Spors a nobody is ridiculous too.

They absolutely are, there have times he isn’t doing himself any favours and times he’s managed to get performances out of players who have previously looked terrible. But my overall point is these players had any footballing ability drilled out of them by RM and his ‘style’, the appointment was poor at the time imo but they made it heir choice with Ivan. I just don’t see how it makes anything better or worse if he gets the sack now. How is anyone realistically expecting any kind of form at this point? These players have completely given up. Just get to the end of the season and change then.

I'm amazed that this manager has had any success at all anywhere, my old mum could set the team up better than him.

That went as I expected. 6 shots, 1 on target and a hatful in at our end. Roll on May when the whole sorry season comes to a grinding halt and we can get a skip in for all the crap knocking around at St Marys

I agree that he came in to an impossible position but he has made some baffling decisions (4 full backs in a back 5 for one) and for me he also is trying to shoe-horn players into unatural positions. I accept he has injury problems recently but that hasn't always been the case and I have tried really hard to think of ANY type of improvement and I really can't.

Hid did promise heavy-metal footbal so the very least I was expecting was the team would put up some kind of a fight but from what I have seen, we are going down with a wimper. We seem to almost accept defeat when we go a goal down and that for me is definitely not heavy-metal football.

I agree, the players on the most part have been shameful this 2nd half, an utter capitulation. I know the season is over but there's no building towards the future, the whole club is a total shambles. A right royal mess and it's getting worse week in week out.
I see regular posters on here that are still supporting SR which I find incredulous, Juric is just another example of their impressive recruitment policy the sooner they go the better in my opinion. If I failed as badly as they have in their targets and job scope I'd be sacked, doesn't matter if some perceive them as "caring" they are losers and this is a results based business. I my eyes they are in last chance saloon and the doors are swinging open !
