Trump is terrified of Putin for some obscure reason. He entered the presidential race saying that he would stop the war in a matter of weeks. If he thinks that slating Ukraine and stop funding them is his way of putting an end to it, then he has another thing coming. Putin like others will see it as a sign of weakness. I’ve said throughout this war that Putin wouldn’t invade another NATO country, but thanks to Trump I can’t say it now with such certainty. Putin's military right now is a busted flush, all he has is the threat of nuclear weapons, just like NATO has, but without allies Putin would have won his special operations. It’s about time that the leaders grew some balls. It’s funny how America and its allies had “boots on the ground” when a weak as piss military invaded Kuwait.
By the way I’m not into the history or politics of the situation, because that isn’t an issue. Whether Trump likes it or not, Ukraine is a sovereignty and no one should have its borders crossed by other nations with military equipment. How dare he say that Ukraine started this war. It’s like saying Kuwait started the first Gulf war because they had too much oil

Musk has emailed US Government officials asking them to list their achievements over the last week or resign. Honestly what kind of moron would let this bloke anywhere near a government position?

Someone said on here recently that the US is heading towards a Civil War...I agree

Have to hope that the country collectively goes “nah this guy is as thick as ****” before that happens. Just depends on how blindly loyal the military is when the inevitable mass protests start. Once Fatty gives away all those tax breaks to the mega rich while shutting down the social security that so many rely on (both red and blue) there’ll be people in the streets. There’s only so far culture wars will carry them. Then it’s just about whether the military is willing to crack down on American citizens.

    Excuse me?

FWIW Putin didn’t “start” a war, he intervened in the eighth year of a civil war on Russia’s border. A civil war between a Kiev junta armed & trained by NATO, and ethnic Russian provinces that seceded after the 2014 coup d’etat was followed by state-sponsored anti-Russian pogroms across Ukraine. Russia has genuine security and national interests at stake in Ukraine, and objectively more reason to be involved in this conflict than we do.

Trump is trying to resolve it whilst the Biden administration intended to perpetuate it.

The red scare, a live and well.

There's nothing sovereign about Ukraine and hasn't been since 2014.

-US backed coup of elected government
-Installation of US favoured government officials
-Government department infrastructure built out by the US
-NATO armed and trained Ukrainian forces since 2014, forces that we're involved in nefarious activities in eastern Ukraine.

All so that Ukraine can be at the frontline of american foreign policy, as its proxy against Russia, as attested by numerous government officials and predicted here: https://x.com/TaranQ/status/157184901675709644

    As attested to here:

Quite right. This one foe example. ---

In a 1997 treaty between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, Russia recognized Ukraine's borders, and accepted Ukraine's sovereignty over Crimea

You could of course refute this with the Biblical Quote, 'The Lord Giveth and The Lord Taketh Away' but this would assume that President Putin is 'The Lord mentioned in The Old Testament'

Then you need to look up what a sovereign country means. Like I said I couldn’t give a **** about the history or the politics. Putin invaded another country yet you still defend it

It does make you wonder, doesn't it?

There was an internet story the other day that a former Russian Intelligence Agent claimed that, at that time, MrTrump, was targeted as a possible agent and given his own Code Name.
We do know that he was close to Russian high officials, but his wide ranging business interests could easily account for that.
Then there were the stories about his interesting parties while visiting, with The Security Services having the pictures,
Not a shread of proof of course to any of this.

The cynic in me though pulls a scenario entirely out of the air, where The POTUS has already expressed an ambition for The US of A to absorb Canada and take over Greenland.
Were this to be tried, then Ukraine could be cited as a precident for this President.
The, very, amatuer historian in me goes back to Hitler's early attacks on The Rhineland and Czechoslovakia.
Most Military stratagists today seem to think that had he been stopped at this stage, then it is unlikely that WW2 would have hapened.

    Hang on.
    Russia is a democrcy too.

And not one like UK or USofA where governments get elected by small majorities.
President Putin pulls in well over 90% of the vote wheather running as President or Prime Minister.
Thats what I call, Democracy in Action.

I'm guessing the Bucha massacre which started a mere 3 days into the invasion was justified as well?

As to Russias genuine security and national interests what actually are they? Ethnic Russians could always leave and go back to Russia if they wanted to yet for some reason most didn't during this supposed 8 year civil war.

You Putin apologists are all the same, makes me sick.
