It would be funny if it wasn't so serious. But the orange one and his oligarchs have gone beyond parody. I'd like to know *why* he thinks that Ukraine started the war. But his ravings have become so accepted that maybe people don't see any point in asking (although like the agency that didn't use the "Gulf of America" term, it might get you banned from press briefings if you did). And like many people who are able to, he surrounds himself not with advisors but with an echo chamber. It's a bit like rock stars who don't live in the real world, but it's far more serious with him because he can shape the world the way he wants it - to a certain extent.
