I've asked the FSG out brigade several times who they would prefer as owners - don't think I've ever had an answer.
We are literally closer to West Ham in terms of spend on wages than we are to Chelsea, who are in 4th place. Half the wages of City. We are the ****ing milk monitor of the Prem.
Even if they were right, the clubs above should be asking how/why LFC can do what they're doing for £50m less each year.
This! This is the mentality we should be adopting, not asking why we don't spend more because our competitors do.
The numbers are purely th premier league squad basic wages. Tha fact some clubs pay ridiculous money to bang average players shouldn't be a major concern. The fact the club are not willing to pay salah or vvd any more should concern them
yet, here we are, top of the league, in the league cup final and the last 16 of the CL. I do wish our owners would sort this mess out
Newcastle is willing to sell Isak if they receive offer in excess of £100million https://arsenal-mania.com/arsenal-t...no-contract-renewals-martin-zubimendi-latest/
I wouldn't really put the blame on the owners there seems to be money available if we want it. I think its more the transfer team. It always seem we have one target then when that goes tits up we have no back up option. Recruitment costs us last year and possibly cost us again this year as our squad is too thin or Slot doesnt trust players like Elliot, Endo and Chiesa.
Yes but that's on the manager everyone backs. Nothing that's happened is unpredictable except for the fact we are 8 points clear at the top of the table. We all knew the midfield wasn't right and we all knew from preseason who slot wanted and didn't want. We all knew the lb situation Are they disasterous? No. Again I've made my postion clear about the arsenal game at anfield and I think it is still clear it will be do or die. I get pelted for daring to be realistic. I'm not going mad about drawing away to villa as I looked and saw what games are really tough and this little section of games is bloody tough. I expect to even come out of it with a net 1 point lead as arsenal will have a game in hand on us after Newcastle. I always plan for the other team not ****ing up.
