I like to check these things out. So although Trump did only buy it for 45 million it was in a bankruptcy sale so 2x the value might not be accurate. Also considering the Russian sold it on a few years later (as demolished land) and made a profit of 13 million on it himself suggests this is actually pretty normal in Capitalist Land.
