Not arguing, as it didn't work, but perhaps he thought Samed's attributes were better for what we needed than Aleksic. He didn't come on to provide attacking intent, but to break play further up the field.

**** decision in hindsight, but at least he was trying something different and perhaps we should applaud that

Aye. Anyway. Onto Hull. Might set me alarm to post when we won, instead of beers with the lads. Keep the chunk happy

Totally against witch hunts but I really would give Poveda a few starts ahead of Robert’s, unpopular as that may be.

I don't think i've seen any over the top 'negative' posts tonight mind. Seen a lot more after the Plymouth draw.

Agree about the Cirkin foul, don't know what he was thinking. Was never a handball though, his arms were pointing down and close to his body.

Nah it's just the chunk on the targeted post with any criticism. I'll get him on ignore.

Need to keep on it and keep pushing. If it is play offs we can’t afford to just coast into them

And you can **** off! People do have a go but they're constructive with their criticism and say WHY they think it could've been different. You just come in he and offer your opinion without explaining why you think that.

I'll support my club through thick and thin whether I go to the games or not - and I wish I could get to games more than I do but I'll always explain why I think why thinks could've been done better

Points away from home this season

    Sheff United - 34
    Burnley - 33
    Leeds - 28
    Sunderland - 26

We’ve been excellent at home, not quite good enough on the road. Some tough away fixtures to come too, that’s why I’ve gave up on automatics.

Looking at this round of fixtures I did think we would lose ground on the 3 above us....it would look worse before it got better, if that makes sense.
Thought Burnley would beat preston (0-0), and sheff utd would beat Luton.
The upcoming fixtures look decent now, and can see us going on a decent run of results.
Could do with Leeds romping away now, they won't get a harder game than that tonight, especially first half.
Sheff Utd and Burnley will drop points, I don't think the gap is unsurmountable at all.
One things for sure, it won't be for lack of trying, these young lads are giving everything.

The Leeds subs tonight were outrageous. All top level Championship players and they didn't even bring Gnonto on. Extremely hard to compete with that even if the manner of defeat is difficult to take.

Think we needed a win tonight to be in the automatic hunt realistically. I mean win every game from now we will go up automatic but that just ain't gonna happen.

That said we are a better side than anyone else currently in the play off spots and despite being 4th I think our squad is better placed to compete in the premiership than those above us.
