Aye fair enough, it's not to everyone's taste, no music is.
First album i bought was Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, still my favourite album by them.

I was never a fan of skin/mod/ska music in the 80's, but as I got older listened to it more and appreciated it for what it is. Guess i just didn't "listen" to it at the time as it wasn't my genre of music...I just dismissed it.

Can quite happily sit and listen to ska, two tone stuff now.
    I think I've mellowed...

Same for me with the greaser stuff :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>
I like a lot of it now. (I'm even thinking of getting a motorbike <laugh> )
I even like country and Western after picking up an acoustic guitar <laugh>

Blues and soul music is the roots to most especially mod and rock.

Which do you prefer, I’m sitting thinking I’ve heard this before but my old brain drew a a blank, and then “pop”

I much prefer Dylan's version, but the young lad is definitely the better guitarist Rooch

Aye, I reckon he is, but I think back then most lads played off the cuff because they didn’t have many to copy from.

Spot on Rooch. Dylan's main influence around then was Woody Guthrie who once said "I only play two chords, sometimes I throw in a third if I'm trying to impress a girl" :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm
